Job management app for electricians and solar installers

One app for the whole job: quotes, invoices, jobs, solar paperwork and certificates. Made for small UK electrical and solar PV installers, built by a working electrician and MCS installer, and used every day at PPM Electrical.

Built on the job, not in an office

We built it because running jobs meant jumping between quoting software, spreadsheets, certificate programs and solar paperwork. It's built and tested on real work by our own team in Spalding, and it works on phone, tablet or PC.

What it does

Certificates

AI board reading

Snap a photo of the consumer unit or distribution board and AI reads it to pre-fill the circuit schedule, ready for you to check and complete your test results.

Job administration in one place

Customers, jobs, supplier bills and timesheets, all kept together so the office side of the business doesn't live in five different programs.

Quoting and invoicing

Build quotes and turn them into invoices. Xero sync coming soon.

MCS QMS and RECC paperwork for solar

Keep your MCS quality management system (QMS) and RECC paperwork for solar installs alongside the job it belongs to.

PV roof load and design tool

Lay out PV arrays and check roof loading as part of the job.

Solar PV test and commissioning certificates

Produce PV test and commissioning certificates from the job record.

Electrical certificates to BS 7671

BS 7671 A4 compliant EICR, EIC and Minor Works certificates, with one-tap fill for blanks, dropdowns that explain wiring codes and reference methods, and a pick-list of common limitations.
